Reddit user @The_Dont_Play_The_Bag put together a calculator that helps users determine if their favorite abs pack is the perfect fit for them.
Here’s how the calculator works.
First, it’s important to understand what your abs will look like in relation to your chest.
The cross-body abs pack will look much like a standard normal size set.
So if you’re 5’7″ and weigh 190 lbs, the Cross Body Fanny pack will be about 32.5 inches long.
Next, it helps users see if their torso will be able to support the weight of their abs and torso.
The abs pack’s torso will also need to be as wide as possible so it can accommodate a normal torso length of 12 inches.
The Cross Body pack will only offer a size of 22.5″ long.
The other key factor in this calculator is the amount of fabric that will be used to cover your torso.
It’ll only work with a full size pack that can fit around your chest, not with a pack that will fit in your shirt pocket.
So what should I do if my abs are too short?
First, consider adding extra fabric to your Cross Body fanny packs to add length.
If you want your Crossbody pack to be bigger, then you may want to go with an 18.5 inch waistband and an 18 inch thigh gap.
If your abs are shorter, you may find you need to go down to 16.5 or 16.25 inches to fit your abs.
